I received my chain but I just don’t want it anymore, can I have my money back?
That's a shame you feel like that :-( We do aim to please all of our customers so you have up to 14 days from the invoice date to return unwanted goods. Just send us an email to youthfulrebellion@gmail.com and we will let you know the process, however it will be your responsibility to cover the postage & packaging cost occurred.

I dropped my chain in a mud puddle...How will I clean it?
No need to worry all is not lost, simply use a damp warm cloth to clear the dirt. DO NOT use any chemicals, as who knows...you might create a chemical reaction that could have negative effects!
