The serious stuff about who we are.
Youthful Rebellion was founded in 2009 by David Fiasco and Danso in the heart of South East London. Their love for ‘old skool’ video games, comic book characters, cartoons of the past, art, bright colours and outright creative behaviour birthed the brand.
They believed that society was dictating and influencing today’s population in a way that it should not. We all possessed the power to make our own decisions and fashion statements and it was ‘your time’ to make those decisions. So one night in South East London ‘The Sheep’ was born and they have never looked back since!
Personal Profiles
David Fiasco is an ambitious 25 year old gentlemen from South London who prides himself on being an experiemental person and loves all things creative. You may actually find him loitering around in Central London as by day he works for an advertising agency. David loves everything and anything "old skool" as let's face it, it reminds us all of the better days. Do you remember the mysterious cities of gold? Ewoks?, Captain Planet? Well he does, and has set his sights on learning to play the electric guitar and getting his skateboarding game on this year...To Mr Fiasco everyday is a new adventure and an opportunity to make a difference...this combined with a passion for fashion birthed Youthful Rebellion.
Danso is an 80's baby born in Hackney but brought up in South East London. An undercover geek and the designer for the team, Danso has shared the same interests as most boys especially when it comes to football (Arsenal!!) and is an avid fan of hip-hop music. Danso studied Multimedia Systems at London Guildhall University so is a little handy with HTML and CSS and was ordered by David to design the website.
Youthful Rebellion would like to take the opportunity first and foremost to thank God as without you nothing is possible. We would also like to thank so many people for showing us love and support even though we are only this far, as we could not have made it without you. We would also like to thank everyone who sat up with us and made us coffees whilst we put all of our love into our products, as believe me there were some long nights! A big thank you to everyone who instilled their faith in us and gave us words of encouragement when we doubted ourselves, showing that you believe in our vision and are looking forward to our successes. And finally, we would like to say thanks to each and every person who has logged onto this website and has taken the time to read this.
